Update: Fake-Shia TONIGHT
Supposedly the Shi-alike is going to be at the 2G Christmas party tonight. I'm not sure I fully believe in his existence because one of the people who told me is a notorious prankster, and I think she would tell me this just for the look on my face when I realize it's all a lie. But, just in case he's real, I'll write in on Monday for the Shi-update. Happy Holidays. :)

Fake-Shia ALERT
I meant to write about this earlier, but I've been more busy reading other blogs than remembering to write in mine. I received word from one of our vendors at work that there is a Shia look-a-like working there. SUPPOSEDLY he looks and sounds exactly like Shia, and I scheduled a lunch there to check him out. I was supposed to go today to spy on him, but he took off early for the holiday. Next week, I'll be able to see him for myself! I'm still unconvinced that he exists, because one of the people who told me about Fake-Shia is an infamous prankster, but I'll reserve judgment either way until I see for myself. Best believe at the 80's prom themed Christmas party they're having, I WILL have my prom pic taken with Fake-Shia. Done and done.

WinOPIS is awesome
I work at a studio in Hollywood, and part of my job is to look up archived tape elements in this insanely outdated program called OPIS. I don't know what it stands for, but I'm pretty sure it starts with Outdated and ends with Shit. It's a DOS-based system, which means the Studio hasn't updated its technology in about twenty years. Today, however, God's light shone down, I felt an AMEN HALLELUJAH coming over me, and I was introduced to WinOPIS -- a WINDOWS based program. [Collective gasp of shock and awe] It's amazing. No longer is it necessary to Page Down or F9! I can use my mouse without fucking up the screen! I can click! Copy! Paste! It's genius. I'm attaching pictures of OLD OPIS and NEW OPIS so you can see the difference. I have a feeling it's going to make a BIG difference in my life. Me and my mouse will be much happier with this new program, I have no doubt.
